Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are sent to production as soon as payment is confirmed. Most items are made to order and usually ship within 2–7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping speed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after fulfillment.
Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays or customs may impact delivery. These situations are out of our control, but we’ll do our best to help track your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@drewwolfer.com and we’ll try to assist. We do not manage the fulfillment for the products, so please do not rely on us to fix any order issues.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Made to Order
All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “wrong size” or “changed my mind.” Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@drewwolfer.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please notify us immediately. Once production has started, we cannot change or cancel the order, and you’ll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. This information is used only to process your order and provide customer support.
Payments
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Third-Party Services
We work with third-party partners (such as Printful for order fulfillment and shipping). They only receive the information necessary to fulfill your order (like your name and address).

Mentorship Session Recording & Media Release
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any mentorship session, coaching call, webinar, or group session offered by Drew Wolfer, Nordic Alpha, or any affiliated entities (including but not limited to Office Hours sessions and 1-on-1 mentorship calls), you acknowledge and agree that such sessions may be recorded in audio and/or video format.
You hereby grant Drew Wolfer and Nordic Alpha a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license and right to record, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, display, and otherwise use such recordings, in whole or in part, for educational, promotional, marketing, commercial, and content creation purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, courses, social media platforms, advertising materials, and other media formats now known or later developed.
By participating in these sessions, you consent to the recording and use of your voice, likeness, comments, screen name, and participation as captured during the session. You further waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and waive any claims for compensation related to the use of such recordings.
Participants who prefer not to appear visually in recordings may disable their camera and/or use a display name that does not reveal personal identity. Nordic Alpha will make reasonable efforts to remove, obscure, or redact identifiable personal information (such as last names) before public distribution; however, participants remain responsible for managing their own visibility settings during the session.
Participation in the session constitutes informed consent to being recorded and agreement to the terms described in this notice.
